Absolutely. VistMed uses HTTPS/TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 at rest. Authentication is passwordless (OTP). Each organization has a logically isolated environment — it's technically impossible to access another organization's data. We're GDPR compliant.

How do I create my organization account?

Go to the sign-up page, fill in the form with your organization name, business type (pharmaceutical lab or external provider), and contact details. An OTP code will be sent by email to verify your account. You'll then be guided through the onboarding wizard.

How do I invite my medical reps?

As an administrator, go to the "Users" section and click "Invite". Enter the colleague's email and role (Delegate, Manager or Admin). They'll receive an invitation email to complete their profile and authenticate via OTP.

Does the app work offline?

Yes, the mobile app is designed to work offline. Client and product sheets are cached locally. Visit reports can be written without a connection and will automatically sync when connectivity is restored.

How does GPS check-in / check-out work?

When you arrive at a client's location, tap "Check-in" — your GPS position is recorded and the visit status changes to "In progress". When leaving, tap "Check-out" — the duration is calculated automatically. A 500m threshold is used to verify position consistency.

How do I manage samples?

The administrator assigns sample batches to delegates from the product catalog. When writing a visit report, the delegate indicates distributed samples — stock is automatically updated. Alerts are sent when stock is low (< 20%) or near expiration (< 30 days).
